All our cakes are handmade on the premises using only the freshest of ingredients and are finished to a depth of 5" including four layers of sponge cake combined with our delicious fillings. Iced wedding cakes are ganached before being covered in quality fondant icing to give a clean, sharp edged, flawless finish to your design.
