WEDDING CAKE CONSULTATIONS

 

Once you have chosen your date and venue, please contact us to check for availability. We can then schedule in a telephone or video consultation. This is where the design process starts.

 

We will discuss your design, colour and other ideas to enable me to get a real feel for your wedding style. You will be sent a written quotation. If you are happy to then proceed I will send out the booking form and request a non refundable booking fee to secure your date.

 

LEAD TIMES

I recommend that you book as soon as you know your date and venue. I only take a small number of wedding commissions each week so I would encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment. Spring and summer weddings get booked up very quickly.

 

Orders are only secured on receipt of a non-refundable booking fee.

 

Written quotations are valid for 28 days.

 

PAYMENT

To secure your booking a £100 non-refundable booking fee is required. The balance payment is due 28 days prior to your celebration date.

 

DELIVERY & SET UP

We will deliver and set up your cake on the day of your wedding. Delivery free within a 10 mile radius and charges may apply for delivery outside this area.
